Purpose

 

As a Restaurant Host at March First Brands, you are the first point of contact for our guests, embodying hospitality and warmth as you welcome them to our unique establishment. Your role is essential in creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. With your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills, you'll efficiently manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate guests' needs contribute to the overall success of our restaurant and distillery, leaving a lasting impression on visitors and locals alike.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

​

• Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing a hospitable and inviting atmosphere that reflects the unique character of the distillery.

• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate seating for guests while maximizing table turnover and optimizing capacity.

• Communicate effectively with guests and staff to coordinate seating and address any special requests or accommodations, demonstrating attentiveness and professionalism at all times.

• Complete all required checklists diligently, including opening and closing procedures, reservation logs, and cleanliness inspections, to uphold operational standards and regulatory compliance.
